Refund policy
Returns
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item for an exchange, store credit or refund. Your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
If you would like to return an item, please email us at hello@mladys.com.au with details of your item, reason for its return and if you'd prefer an exchange, store credit or refund. We will reply with confirmation and shipping details.
Unless the item is deemed faulty, the buyer is responsible for returned shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Original shipping costs will not be credited or refunded unless the item is deemed faulty.
If you are returning due to change of mind, choose a refund (instead of an exchange or credit) and received free shipping on your item, you will be refunded for the cost of the item/s, minus shipping fees.
Sale Items
Sale items can only be exchanged or credited. Refunds on sale items will only be given if the item is deemed faulty.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This refund may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on the financial institution.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@mladys.com.au.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please email us at hello@mladys.com.au to start the process. Return shipping and new shipping costs will be at the buyer's expense.
Store Credit
If you would like to return your item for a store credit, please email us at hello@mladys.com.au to start the process. Return shipping and new shipping costs will be at the buyer's expense.
Original shipping costs will not be credited.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
